With the whisper of Spring in the air, I am looking forward to the coming month and experiencing the way the body responds to this transition of the season through the practise of yoga. The cold weather and the season of winter send the body into a sort of hibernation, we find holding, tension and often resistance in our practise but as the weather starts to change we can experience the gentle unfurling, opening and much more of a wilingness to stretch.
