I have some copies of "Every Woman's Guide to Foot Pain Relief: The New Science of Healthy Feet" by Katy Bowman that you may buy or borrow (also for men as explained in the book!). The book will make up part of the Healthy Foot Course material so if you want to get ahead, enjoyed what we did in class or couldn't make the classes and are interested in what we have been working on, then I highly recommend getting your hands (and feet) on a copy. This is especially important if you are currently experiencing pain or problems with your feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, posture or your health in general. There are instructions and quick references to most of the exercises we covered in class so please let me know if you would like a copy.
July...beautiful long, light filled days and nature is alive and busy! A wonderful flow and buzz of activity and lifted energy levels, from those extra drops of golden sun, are what we can take with us to our mat this month. Picking up the pace of the sun salutations, adding some more postures to the mix and being able to linger in deeper stretches whilst enjoying restful relaxation away from our own busy hives ;)
On Saturday 12th July as part of the Galleywood Festival we will be doing yoga in the Marquee (or outdoors)
The class is just £5 and will be at the usual time of 9.30 - 10.30am. All welcome!!
