I'm so looking forward to our continued work together and welcoming those that I have still not had the pleasure of meeting yet and those of you I may not have seen for a while. We have our first monthly Relaxation and Meditation class starting this Friday 5th January, 8-9pm. Please bring any cushions/blocks/pillows/blankets you need to be comfortable either sitting or lying down. Please also make sure you are dressed comfortably and warmly. This session is now fully booked but I will open a waitlist for cancellations and future sessions. Please contact me if you wish to be added or if you are booked in and need to cancel.
The next Yoga Spa Day is on Saturday 3rd February 2018, details can be found here http://www.victoriayoga.co.uk/yoga-spa-day---saturday-3rd-february-2018.html Please note there will be no regular class running this day but a Yoga Only option is available if you would like to attend the extended morning yoga class. There is also a Spa Only option if you would like to do the Yoga Spa Day with friends or family who perhaps do not wish to do the yoga. Please make your booking before Friday 26th January.

A gentle reminder that many of the classes are fully booked and I now have over 25 people on waiting lists!! If you have a space in a class that is full then you are required to pay monthly. Paying monthly holds your space in every session whether you turn up or not. Paying monthly is also discounted saving you £8 a month compared to 'drop in'. I also allow missed classes to be made up by attending an alternative class on another day if space allows. Once you are booked in monthly to a class your booking will be carried over to the next month unless you contact me to let me know otherwise. If you do not let me know you may be charged and your space will be offered to someone else. The flexibility of 'drop in' is available only in classes that are not fully booked. If you wish to be added to the waiting list, please let me know and I will notify you when a space becomes available. Please remember that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable. Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place.
