It's been a month of nurturing yoga, quiet and indulgent - exactly the prescription required if, like myself, you have been a bit under the weather. It is no secret that illness can occur at times of stress or directly after long term stress, like when you take that long awaited holiday and you spend the whole time ill. Yoga is great at strengthening the immune system by reducing stress and through physically moving the body and keeping everything healthy. It also provides rest and relaxation, both of which are essential for healing from illness. Remember if you do get ill to give yourself time to heal and take the time to nurture and indulge in rest and relaxation.

I am assuming that everyone who booked last month would like their booking to carry over to this month and therefore both of the evening classes are fully booked and there will be no drop in for these classes unless there is an absence. If you do wish to give up your space, please let me know. Remember you can always make up any missed classes by attending a class on a different day if there is space.
