We've been really working the legs through February! We've covered many leg variations and stretches both standing and on the ground and have introduced all 3 warriors, paying particular attention to the alignment of the knees for knee health and also using deep squats for pelvic health. We have been opening up the upper back and shoulders to allow the breath to deepen and to keep our respiratory system healthy. As we move into March we will be continuing with respiratory health, quality of movement and alignment and adding playful, new and fresh elements to the practise.

Please remember that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable. Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place.
