Courses, Workshops and Retreats
Courses, workshops and retreats are a great way to deepen your understanding of specific aspects of your yoga and meditation practise - great if you are just starting out, an advanced yogi or somewhere in the middle. The beauty of working deeper means that the benefits are much longer lasting and can in some cases have a positive life changing impact.
Online courses and workshops allow you to work through the content at your own pace and you can refer back as many times as you like as the courses and workshops are yours to keep indefinitely. In person workshops and retreats give a small group setting without the time constraints of a general class means more individualised attention and more opportunity to ask questions and deepen your knowledge and understanding whilst enriching your experience of yoga and meditation. In a tranquil setting these courses, workshops and retreat days offer a mini retreat where you can completely focus on having some time and space for yourself and look at your needs and well-being and explore some tools needed for healing, stress relief and health on all levels of your being. Respiratory Health Online WorkshopThis workshop was created to help improve respiratory health, strengthen the immune system and reduce stress and anxiety. This is so important at this time not only as prevention but for lessening the severity and improving recovery time should illness occur.
Suitable for all levels of practitioner including beginners and non yogis and a chair version is available if mobility doesn't allow easy transition to and from the floor. |
Online Candlelit Yoga EventThis year marks our 12th year in raising money and supporting local charities through our Candlelit Yoga events.
Due to the government restrictions this year we are unable to do this in person but I have worked really hard to put together this very special online event and I'm excited to share it with you. With a little festive magic ✨ I will guide you through a very gentle, nourishing and nurturing yoga session in a beautiful candlelit setting before immersing you in a relaxing sound bath with crystal sing bowls, voice and rainstick. |
