Meditation
Meditation is a technique used to promote relaxation and mental clarity and greatly helps to reduce stress and anxiety. It can even promote the body's natural capabilities for healing. A daily practise is essential to experience all the incredible benefits and anyone can practise, anywhere! There are lots of different techniques – such as mindfulness, mantra meditation, visualisation, breath awareness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity.

Victoria also hosts a weekly live online meditation session this is currently on Mondays 8 -8.30pm GMT. This gives you the opportunity to meditate as a group and also ask questions and receive support. Private meditation sessions are also available.
