Courses, workshops and retreats are a great way to deepen your understanding of specific aspects of your yoga and meditation practise - great if you are just starting out, an advanced yogi or somewhere in the middle. The beauty of working deeper means that the benefits are much longer lasting and can in some cases have a positive life changing impact.
Online courses and workshops allow you to work through the content at your own pace and you can refer back as many times as you like. Live and In person workshops and retreats give a small group setting without the time constraints of a general class which means more individualised attention and more opportunity to ask questions and deepen your knowledge and understanding whilst enriching your experience of yoga and meditation. In a tranquil setting these courses, workshops and retreat days offer a mini retreat where you can completely focus on having some time and space for yourself and look at your needs and well-being and explore some tools needed for healing, stress relief and health on all levels of your being. |

Respiratory Health Online CourseThis course was created to help improve respiratory health, strengthen the immune system and reduce stress and anxiety. This is so important not only as prevention but for lessening the severity and improving recovery time should illness occur.
Suitable for all levels of practitioner including beginners and non yogis and a chair version is available if mobility doesn't allow easy transition to and from the floor. |
Opening into Spring Online WorkshopThis fun and uplifting yet relaxing and balancing yoga event is running from the Spring Equinox on March 20th all the way through to the Summer Solstice on June 21st.
