Meditation
Meditation is a technique used to promote relaxation and mental clarity and greatly helps to reduce stress and anxiety. It can even promote the body's natural capabilities for healing. A daily practise is essential to experience all the incredible benefits and anyone can practise, anywhere! There are lots of different techniques – such as mindfulness, mantra meditation, visualisation, breath awareness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity.
Victoria hosts a weekly live online meditation session this is currently on Mondays 8 -8.30pm GMT. This gives you the opportunity to meditate as a group and also ask questions and receive support. The live sessions, playback of the sessions and a selection of recorded meditations can be found in the Online Yoga and Meditation Portal.
Victoria has recorded a variety of guided meditations that can be explored and practised regularly. Victoria is a meditation coach for Aura App and a meditation teacher on Insight Timer. Victoria also has meditations on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes and Amazon Music. See all the links below.
