Healing Space Retreat

This is a very unique and exclusive retreat day combining yoga, holistic therapies, sound healing and meditation
Due to the nature of this workshop the numbers are limited to just 6 people, and this will be broken down to even smaller groups and individual work. This retreat day will provide a very private and intimate space allowing you to work individually on every aspect of your being, whilst being fully supported in the process.
At the beautiful Retreat Farm and nestled in the space known as The Sanctuary, we will start the day with a gentle, meditative and conscious yoga practise taking our time to get into and connect with the body, encouraging a gentle opening and the release of tension - unwinding, unravelling and expanding.
After consultation you will experience a full therapeutic treatment of your choice with a qualified and experienced therapist in your own private room. Treatments include Acupuncture, kinesiology and reflexology - please click here for full treatment menu. Please note - Treatment choice is available on booking and on a first come first served basis.
At lunchtime there will be a chance to rest, read, sleep or walk and connect with nature at this idyllic venue.
In a smaller group we will open and balance the Chakras in a healing Sound Bath meditation using breath, sound and vibrational therapy. This will increase your body's own capacity for healing by working on the energetic system of the body and releasing any old blocked energies.
We will then finish the day with a deep healing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) that will leave you feeling relaxed but restored and refreshed.
This is a small group setting of just 6 people.
Please bring a packed lunch. Teas, coffee and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
The day also includes a relaxation and meditation CD to allow you to continue your healing journey long after the retreat is over.

- An extended yoga session in a small group setting (max of 6 people)
-15 minute 1 to 1 consultation with your therapist
-1 hour full holistic treatment with your therapist
- Sound Bath in a small group (max of 3 people)
-Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session
-Relaxation and Meditation CD
-A selection of herbal teas and coffee and nourishing treats and snacks throughout the day

WHAT TO BRING: If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. However if you are just starting out or you forget your mat then I have mats to borrow for the day. Please bring a blanket or an extra layer of clothing for the relaxation as the body will cool down quite a bit during this part of the day and it is hard to relax if you feel cold! You may also like to bring some slippers for moving around the holistic centre. Please bring a pack lunch.
WHAT TO WEAR: Whatever you are comfortable in, just make sure you can move easily. Sometimes wearing a few layers is better so you can take them off and on depending on your body temperature. The class takes place in bare feet but it's nice to have some socks for the relaxation!
