In-Person Charity Event
In a beautiful space enchanted with soft lighting and magical lights, our yoga session will be gentle and soothing and a chance to unwind and take some time out before Christmas. Experience the deep healing and relaxing effects of a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) practise before enjoying festive treats and mulled wine or herbal tea in the wonderful company of like minds.
This event will take place at the gorgeous and spacious Highwood Hall which along with being one of the most eco friendly buildings in the UK, benefits from ample parking, fantastic facilities and wondrous underfloor heating!! 🔥 Perfect for our yoga and deep relaxation 😌

This year we are supporting REACH - A local charity based in Brentwood specialising in equine assisted therapy. REACH provide high quality assessment and rehabilitation programmes, using trained horses, to give a treatment strategy for adults and children suffering with physical, mental, social and/or learning disabilities. WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a small cushion
WHAT TO WEAR: Whatever you are comfortable in, just make sure you can move easily. Sometimes wearing a few layers is better so you can take them off and on depending on your body temperature. The class takes place in bare feet but it's nice to have some socks for the relaxation!
