Autumn is most certainly in the air and the subtle shifts in the yoga practise can be felt as the body begins to change and adapt with the season. It is rare for me to not run a workshop at this time of year as this change in season is always such a significant one and the gentle support of yoga can provide balance and guidance during the transition, something we can explore in the yoga classes this month. Whilst there have been subtle changes in the classes over the last month, last night's class (Thursday 29th September) was a beautiful and peaceful move into more Autumnal yoga, thank you to all in attendance for making it so. I look forward to more!!
