NEWS AND UPDATES
I hope this email finds you and your family well 🙏
You'll find all the details for October sessions below. Thank you to those of you that have reached out to enquire about in-person evening classes, workshops and retreats. There are lots of new sessions planned for the near future including evening sessions, sacred dance, woman's circles, meditation, workshops and retreats. This will all be dependent on venue suitability and availability but I am very excited to be able to offer more...soon! I am still in deep studies with my Masters Of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher Training and unable to take on anymore until my course finishes which will be mid November so I thank you for your patience and your continued support of what I am already able to offer.
I do have some very exciting news to share with you in the next few days so please keep an eye out for an email 👀

OCTOBER SESSIONS
In September we've been working through the foundations of meditation, it's a great introduction if you've ever wondered what it's all about. You'll find the sessions in the library if you are interested and we will be continuing our journey into October, these sessions are super relaxing and everyone is welcome to join the sessions through the Yoga and Meditation Portal.
In our yoga, we've been focusing on balance and the core as well as working on those tight shoulders. This month we will continue working with the new rhythm of Autumn as the weather cools and our bodies adjust.
Whether you are practising with me online or in person please remember that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable. Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place

FOR IN PERSON SESSIONS
Space is limited for in-person sessions and priority will be given to monthly bookings. Pre booking is essential. Call or message 07887754320 to check availability and to book in for a session.
Monthly payment for in person sessions is due before or on the 1st class of the month and can be paid for either by cash, bank transfer or through the online payment links. Please use the highlighted links under the sessions above for online payment (please note PayPal make a small charge for online payments). Monthly payment will be adjusted for more or less than 4 weeks.
WHAT TO BRING: If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. However, if you are just starting out or you forget your mat then I have mats to borrow for the class. Please also bring a blanket or an extra layer of clothing for the relaxation as the body will cool down quite a bit during this part of the class and it is hard to relax if you feel cold! You may also like a small cushion or folded blanket for underneath the head or knees.
WHAT TO WEAR: Whatever you are comfortable in, just make sure you can move easily. Sometimes wearing a few layers is better so you can take them off and on depending on your body temperature. The class takes place in bare feet but it's nice to have some socks for the relaxation!
