In our September yoga sessions, both online and in-person, we've been exploring the soft and the fluid, that nourishing quality of water and going with the flow, inviting freedom into the body through organic movement and dance that massages, soothes and invigorates the whole being. We've been finding strength and support in the music and movement of the body but also in sessions that we dedicated to back care and core support.
In our online meditation classes we have dived deep into the incredible practise of Yoga Nidra and finding the science and the magic that makes up this deeply healing and relaxing practise.
All of the live online sessions are now in the Online Yoga and Meditation Library if you missed them or would like to experience them again. There are now 60+ yoga videos and meditation audios to choose from in the library that you can access and use anytime and anywhere. You can join the live sessions and access the library by signing up at www.victoriayogaonline.com.

Mondays 8pm - 8.30pm - Meditation Session
Thursdays 8pm-9pm - Yoga Session
Remember you don't have to join in live if you don't want to, all the live sessions are in the library and available for catch up at a convenient time.
You'll find the live sessions listed in the events tab in your online library or on the calendar tab when you sign into your account. The Join Session link will go from grey to a colour at the time of the event allowing you to join the session.
In-Person Yoga Timetable and Updates
Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey last month. Unfortunately Greenwoods is currently not an option for classes due to the gym having to relocate equipment into the Studio to comply with the Covid-19 rules on separation. We are however very fortunate to be able to continue using the Pool Room at our Secret Garden Venue. It's a beautiful and tranquil space with incredible acoustics (sound bath coming soon!) and allows us to follow COVID-19 government safety measures.
Wednesdays 10am -11am - Yoga Session
Saturdays 11am - 12noon - Yoga Session
Booking is now open for October and there are spaces available in all classes so please contact me if you would like to book into any sessions.
Don't forget you can create your own yoga bubble with friends and family, please contact me if you would like to do this.
