​A warm welcome to the October newsletter.

I had such a wonderful time at the Autumn Reflection retreat day last week. It was beautiful to work with the aspects of slowing down and letting go, both in the physical body and through meditation.  I thank you for such positive feedback and I'm so happy that it has brought so much benefit.  Don't worry if you missed it, there are still a few spaces left on the Chakra Workshop which is our last day retreat for this year.  All details can be found here http://www.victoriayoga.co.uk/chakra-workshop.html

A big thank you for all the lovely feedback on the Beach Retreat meditation that was recently published on Insight Timer.  I've been blown away by its reach to people all over the world, some of whom now use it on a daily basis. I've been very humbled and grateful by how many people, including those I have never met, have taken the time to write some really lovely reviews.  Insight Timer is a free App that you can download to your device and then explore different meditations from teachers all over the world for free or with an optional donation.  Here's the link to my Beach Retreat meditation if you have not managed to listen to it yet https://insighttimer.com/VictoriaMinasi/guided-meditations/beach-retreat   

Just a few advanced dates for the diary:
There will be no classes Thursday 1st November - Tuesday 6th November
There will be no class Monday 3rd December
The last class of the year will be Monday 17th December with the Special Christmas Yoga by Candlelight Charity event on Tuesday 18th, details of which can be found here: http://www.victoriayoga.co.uk/yoga-by-candlelight.html

A reminder that all classes are currently fully booked and there are people who are desperately waiting for spaces.  Therefore if you have a space in a class you are required to pay monthly, at the beginning of the month, regardless of whether you can make all the sessions or not except for in exceptional circumstances.  Payment not made by the first session of the month may result in you loosing your space.  I do of course try to accommodate people to join in alternative classes if any sessions are missed.  If you booked in for September sessions, then your booking is automatically carried forward into October unless you have let me know otherwise. If you no longer want your space, please let me know so I can offer your space to someone who is waiting. If you wish to be added to the waiting list, please let me know and I will notify you when a space becomes available.

Please remember that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable.  Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place.

Exciting news!

I have some exciting news...I have been published on Insight Timer! This means you can listen to meditations from me for free!  Here is the link to Beach Retreat my first meditation published.  If you enjoy the meditation please feel free to leave a review. 

There are still a few last minute spaces left on the Autumn Reflection retreat day this Sunday 23rd September if anyone would like to join us http://www.victoriayoga.co.uk/autumn-reflection.html

I have also had a space open up for private yoga sessions on a Thursday morning, either one-off sessions or regularly on a fortnightly basis.  Please let me know if you are interested.
