I hope you have been enjoying the freshness and brightness of Spring.
Thank you to all of you who have made my return to teaching such a pleasure. I'm sure those of you who have attended will agree that our Saturday morning class has such a lovely energy! I'm very excited to be continuing with this class. It has been wonderful to gently open, stretch and yawn the body awake after the hibernation of winter. I am looking forward to continuing to build strength, suppleness and clarity, in body and mind, through our practice, as we move into the full bloom of Spring.
