Due to some late sign ups, the lockdown, the weather being so cold 🥶 and in an attempt to beat the January blues, I have decided to extend the the Online Candlelit Yoga Event until the end of January!!
If you signed up over Christmas you'll now be able to access the event again in your Namastream account.
If you missed the event, now is your chance to join and enjoy a bit of sparkle as I guide you through a very gentle, nourishing and nurturing yoga session in a beautiful candlelit setting before immersing you in a relaxing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, voice and rainstick.
