December 2019

A warm welcome to the December newsletter.

Our November sessions could have been renamed 1000 ways to work your core! It's wonderful to see how much stronger everyone is, not only in their centres, but throughout the whole body and lovely to hear how this is having a positive impact by supporting the body in other activities of everyday life.  We also explored warming and opening through the body with free organic movement and in contrast how to deepen stretches by finding the stillness.  I'm really looking forward to providing space for slowing down and switching off from the busyness of this festive season in the last few sessions of this year and also our very special Yoga by Candlelight charity Christmas events that provide nourishment on all levels of our being.  There are still a few spaces left, everyone is welcome!  Please see link for more details and booking http://www.victoriayoga.co.uk/yoga-by-candlelight.html

For those of you who attend classes regularly, don't forget you have access to online sessions that can keep you going over the festive period.  You will find the sessions in the Members Area of the website.

If you booked in for November sessions, then your booking is automatically carried forward into December unless you have let me know otherwise. If you no longer want your space, please let me know so I can offer your space to someone who maybe waiting. If you wish to be added to a waiting list, please let me know and I will notify you when a space becomes available.  I have also opened up the booking for January as this is often a busy time for bookings.

Please remember that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable.  Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place.

If you have any questions or queries, please feel free to contact me.

Peace and blessings
Victoria
