It's completely free and you don't need to sign up! I just wanted to reach out and connect to as many of you as possible and hopefully help to make a difference towards better health and wellbeing, feel free to share it with friends and family.

It's suitable for all levels of practitioner including beginners and non yogis and a chair yoga version is available if mobility doesn't allow easy transition to and from the floor.
