Classes will resume from Wednesday 4th January.
If you are new to yoga or haven't practised with me before, it is important to know that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable. Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place.
I was hoping to run more workshops this year but as I am now attending a 6 month yoga course that will take up some of my sundays, I am going to concentrate the workshops into the second half of the year, I will send out details when they are confirmed.
All current class details can be found here. Space is limited so a monthly booking is advised. Bookings cannot be taken for "Drop in". Please let me know if you wish to book in monthly for a class and you are using a payment method other than paypal so I can reserve your space.
