With the core feeling stronger and the weather warming up (well kind of...), we can move and grow steadily from the ground having planted our roots firmly in our basic postures. This will allow us to explore more challenging poses with the calmness and security that comes from finding and knowing the body from the core.
Movement is becoming bigger and the body opens more as we transition into summer. The feet will be getting a lot of attention this month as we will need good foundations to support standing asanas and balances. We will be making the most of the sun (salutations) too by combining them with the aforementioned postures to offer a challenging but also fun practise...a good excuse to indulge in deeper relaxation after (as if we need an excuse ;))
