
Thank you, yogis, for your patience and flexibility in regards to the room changes, we will still be playing life size cluedo for a little while longer whilst work is continued on the studio so we will either be in the library, boardroom or marquee, please ask at reception and they should be able to tell you where we are.
I am currently planning some yoga workshops and retreat days for the summer/autumn and I will keep you updated when details are confirmed.
Please remember that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable. Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place. For those of you who have not attended yoga with me at Greenwoods before, you will usually find us in the studio - turn right at reception and it's the first door on the left opposite the gym. For the next few weeks please ask at reception as to where the classes are being held as work is being carried out on the studio.
All current class details can be found here. Space is limited so a monthly booking is advised. Any missed yoga classes can be made up by attending on a different day providing there is space. Bookings cannot be taken for "Drop in". Please note Monday evening, Wednesday Morning and Thursday evening yoga classes are fully booked. If you wish to be added to the waiting list for these classes let me know and I will notify you when a space becomes available.
