This month in our online live yoga sessions we have been working through the legs and hips and also opening through the chest and shoulders adding in lots of variations and also having a few giggles along the way. In meditation classes we've been working deeply with the breath and also sneaking off to some beautiful secret escapes!
Whether you've been able to join in live or are just making use of the readily available library, the feedback has been amazing, so thank you so much!
I have so many plans and ideas to share with you and I hope to keep growing and expanding this online part to our yoga even after we return to our usual classes. I can see what a valuable resource it has become and how it can compliment physical classes. It also means I can keep connected with those of you in other parts of the world! Monday Evenings 8pm -8.30pm - Live Meditation Session
Thursday Evenings 8.05pm-9.05pm - Live yoga Session
Remember you don't have to join in live if you don't want to, all the live sessions are in the library and available for catch up at a convenient time.
You'll find the live sessions listed in the events tab in your Online Library and a donate link if you want and are able to contribute towards the sessions, a percentage will go to REACH charity who are really struggling at this time. A huge thank you for all the donations so far!
You can join the live sessions and access the library by signing up to the Online Library directly using PayPal at www.victoriayogaonline.com or if you prefer to do a monthly direct debit you can contact me for details.
There is also an option to have online 1 to 1 private sessions either as single sessions or as a discounted course. The benefit of online private sessions is that you will have your own private online library where you can keep all your recorded live sessions to replay at anytime and also any other relevant materials can be placed in here to guide you on your journey to health and wellness. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your individual needs.
