In our July yoga sessions, both online and in-person, we have been working on reconnecting and opening the whole body with special focus on releasing tension from the shoulders, improving upper body posture and strengthening and opening the respiratory system through stretching and focused breath.
In our online meditation classes we are exploring stress related illness and stress-relief meditation practises that work on all the different layers of our being.
All of the online sessions are now in the Online Yoga and Meditation Library if you missed them or would like to experience them again. You can join the live sessions and access the library by signing up at www.victoriayogaonline.com.
Online Live Session Timetable and Updates
Mondays 8pm - 8.30pm - Meditation Session
Thursdays 8pm-9pm - Yoga Session
Remember you don't have to join in live if you don't want to, all the live sessions are in the library and available for catch up at a convenient time.
You are now able to opt-in to receive email reminders for the live sessions. To opt-in go to My Account > Settings > Emails Enabled. You can then select to receive an email 1 hour before the event and 30 mins before the event starts. You may also like to set your timezone by going to My Account > Settings > Your Timezone. From there you can select your timezone from the drop-down.
You'll find the live sessions listed in the events tab in your online library or on the calendar tab when you sign into your account. The Join Session link will go blue at the time of the event allowing you to join the session.
In the class description you will find a link to a Spotify Playlist you might like to enjoy whilst doing the class and also a donate link if you want and are able to contribute towards the sessions, a percentage will go to REACH charity who are really struggling at this time. A huge thank you for all the donations so far!
