NEWS AND UPDATES
I hope this email finds you and your family well 🙏
I am enjoying our new venue and am so pleased with the space we have, I know that the rules have been changed regarding social distancing but I would like to continue keeping space in our sessions so that everyone feels safe and comfortable.
In July I began a lifelong dream of mine to study in the Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher Training with the incredible Davidji. I am thoroughly enjoying the course even if its pretty intense and very deep reaching on a personal level. I look forward to sharing insights with you all along the way but mostly I have been reminded so far of how deeply powerful a simple and regular practise is. As a result I have been spending time on lots of new meditation recordings and updating both Insight Timer and Aura so please feel free to join me on either, you can find details below.
I am in the final stages of putting together a 10 day immersive visualisation course called Mind Retreats which I am super excited to share with you soon!! Here is a little shot of me in my new recording studio 😁🎤💖
Having a regular meditation practise is so important for physical health, mental health and wellbeing. Meditation can be practised by anyone, anywhere and no equipment is necessary. If you are new to meditation or even if you have been doing meditation for years but like to explore new techniques or listen to guided meditations then using an online service or app is a great resource. Here are details of online resources that I feel fortunate to be a part of:

AUGUST SESSIONS
We've been exploring different meditations throughout July to use in times of uncertainty. These sessions are super relaxing and everyone is welcome to join the sessions through the Yoga and Meditation Portal.
In our yoga, we've been working on our balance through core strength, adding in deep stretching, breath work and deep relaxation as well as adding variety into our sun salutations.
Whether you are practising with me online or in person please remember that yoga is about working with your own body, there is no pressure to keep up or even have to do everything if it doesn't feel comfortable. Yoga is progressive and if you give your body time, and focus on the relaxation, all the other parts (strength, flexibility etc.) will fall into place

FOR IN PERSON SESSIONS
Space is limited for in-person sessions and priority will be given to monthly bookings. Pre booking is essential. Contact me to check availability and to book in for a session.
Monthly payment for in person sessions is due before or on the 1st class of the month and can be paid for either by cash, bank transfer or through the online payment links. Please use the highlighted links under the sessions above for online payment (please note PayPal make a small charge for online payments). Monthly payment will be adjusted for more or less than 4 weeks.
WHAT TO BRING: If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. However, if you are just starting out or you forget your mat then I have mats to borrow for the class. Please also bring a blanket or an extra layer of clothing for the relaxation as the body will cool down quite a bit during this part of the class and it is hard to relax if you feel cold! You may also like a small cushion or folded blanket for underneath the head or knees.
WHAT TO WEAR: Whatever you are comfortable in, just make sure you can move easily. Sometimes wearing a few layers is better so you can take them off and on depending on your body temperature. The class takes place in bare feet but it's nice to have some socks for the relaxation!
Please see this link: Guidelines for in-person yoga sessions
If you have any questions or queries please feel free to contact me.
Peace and blessings to you
Kind regards
Victoria
