I hope you are well and starting to feel the hint of Christmas magic in the air.
Life feels busy to me at the moment, there seems to be so much to do, lots of people to see and lots of places to be and all the while I'm feeling the need for some time out and rest, a chance to sit and just be. I'm sure many of you are also feeling this way too and the practise of yoga can help.
Our yoga classes have been shifting to match our needs. We've been giving plenty of attention to the hips and shoulders; two areas of the body that tighten not only with the cold weather but with stress. We've been working on whole body maintenance; keeping the whole body moving and articulate. We have also been taking that well needed time-out and rest. As we move into December and the small amount of classes we have left before the New Year, I will be focusing on giving more time to rest and relax and treating your mind and body before the chaos of Christmas.
There are still a few spaces left for the annual charity Christmas Yoga by Candlelight on Monday 14th December. This is also the last yoga session of the year.
The last session for yoga is the Christmas event on Monday 14th December 2015 and we will be returning for the first session of the New Year on Monday 4th January 2016.
